Where Have Our Leaders Gone? I noticed this morning that the price of oil has climbed to over $5.00 a gallon in some states and shows no signs of going down. It makes me wonder just where are all our leaders? Where are the Leaders that can step in and offer some positive solutions to help curb the present craziness ? Where are the Leaders who are supposed to encourage new and useful technology to, at the very least,suppliment the fast declining energy sources in use today? Where are the Leaders that are more concerned with the very waste and rape of our planet for it's resourses than they are with stopping such acts? Where are the Leaders that are NOT profiting and lining their own pockets by the very acts that are slowly eating away at any chance of leaving a world better than we found it to our children? Unfortunately, there are few, if any. I have heard no True Leaders speaking out! I have only heard the empty, self serving promises that are so prolific in an election year...full of empty promises, yet short of truth. In my opinion, that is a real shame!
